Over the past 20 years, I have built, scaled, and led multi-million-dollar service organizations focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and operational execution for franchise and multi-location brands.

As Founder & CEO of a marketing and digital services firm, I grew the organization to $18.8M in annual gross revenue with 45+ employees at peak, overseeing more than $1M per month in managed advertising spend for national brands across healthcare, home services, elective wellness, senior care, pet care, and clean energy sectors.

My experience includes full P&L ownership, enterprise sales leadership, strategic growth planning, acquisitions and integration, organizational scaling, and turnaround execution. I have led teams through multiple economic cycles, including the 2008 recession and COVID-era disruptions, while maintaining operational continuity and client performance.

I am particularly focused on building scalable revenue engines, strengthening leadership teams, and partnering with growth-oriented organizations seeking disciplined, execution-focused operational leadership.
